AMICI CHAMBER ENSEMBLE
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2010 3PM
GLENN GOULD STUDIO 250 FRONT STREET WEST
AMICI celebrates the release of their latest exciting recording
Last May the Amici Chamber Ensemble recorded their new album, “Armenian Chamber Music” and, as luck would have it, ATMA Records, the Quebec-based label has settled on the official release date of February 21, 2010. This was too good an opportunity to pass up and to that end we have made some creative changes to the 3rd concert of the season.

The programme still features:

Igor Stravinsky
Suite from 'L'Histoire du Soldat'
Ernest Chausson
Piano Quartet in A minor, op. 30
But, we will also be featuring excerpts from “Armenian Chamber Music”:
Arno Babadjanian
Piano Trio
Aram Khatchaturian
Trio for Clarinet, Violin and Piano
Alexander Arutiunian
Suite for Clarinet, Violin and Piano
Serouj Kradjian
Elegy for Restive Souls
We so look forward to welcoming you all for what will be an extra special afternoon. Copies of this much anticipated CD will be on sale for everyone in attendance at this concert
Single concert tickets Adult $45 Senior $40 Student $10
Tickets are available by calling the Roy Thomson Hall box office @ 416.872.4255.
